SHIPPING:

We are over the moon you are choosing to order and share your love with us and other special woman in need.

We will dispatch your order as soon as possible.

New Zealand (2-3 working days - excluding public holidays) FREE DELIVERY 

Australia (3-10 working days - excluding public holidays) FREE DELIVERY.

Please note: during sale times, delivery may take longer. Delivery time frames specified are only estimates and Gracious will not be liable for any unreasonable or unavoidable delays.

RETURNS:

Please choose carefully as for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings or hairpieces unless they are faulty.

If you are unsure of colour or style, email for further photos or clarification.

Unfortunately we are unable to issue any refund unless manufacturing fault is evident. In the very rare occasion you need to arrange the return of a faulty piece, please email hello@gracious.co.nz, quoting your name, address, details of the product and reason for requesting refund/exchange.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS:

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us hello@gracious.co.nz within 7 working days of your expected delivery date so we can assist you.

If damage has occurred during shipping, all packaging must be retained by receiver. Failure to do so may invalidate your claim.
